They are never privy to what was discussed or see any individual result.

If there’s a serious risk to your safety or someone else’s, it will be acted on. Wherever possible, that conversation happens with you first.

Your enquiry, consultation and session notes, and any emails between us are held in confidence and stored securely. Nothing is shared without your written consent, except in the rare cases where the law requires it, such as a serious risk to your safety or someone else’s.
