These terms cover your use of this website

and working with Valiant.

What Valiant is

Valiant offers coaching. It isn’t counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment or a diagnostic service. The Fortitude Check is a reflection tool, not a clinical assessment or diagnosis. If you need clinical support, Johnny will say so and help you find it.

Not a crisis service

Valiant can’t respond to emergencies. If you’re in danger or need urgent help:

Bookings and changes

The first conversation is free. You can reschedule or cancel it at any time from your confirmation email.

For paid sessions, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.

Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, count as a used session for program clients,

and are charged in full for one-off sessions.

Fees and payment

Current fees are shown on the website and confirmed in writing before you start.

All prices include GST. The Waypoint program is $3,850, which includes the 30-day review session.

Payment is due in full before the first session. If you’d prefer a payment plan for Waypoint,

get in touch. If you stop partway through, unused sessions are refunded pro rata.

Your responsibility

Coaching supports your thinking and decisions; the decisions remain yours. Valiant isn’t liable for outcomes of choices you make, to the extent the law allows.

Everything on this site, including the Fortitude Check, The Line framework and written content, belongs to Valiant. You’re welcome to use it for your own reflection, but please don’t copy or republish it without permission.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
